Immaculate vintage room! REAL knotty pine tongue and groove paneling! My husband Bill and I stayed there for my research project on my book. It didn't disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay in the motel and the lovely Ashe County mountains ! Pamela was so nice and helpful! Will stay every time we come!
Had a great stay at the Highlander motel. The room was super clean, cute and the bed was comfy! Easy check in & booking process with Pamela! Definitely would stay again!
My favorite place to stay in Jefferson. The lady who runs this place is so sweet, the rooms are so clean, has wifi, smart TVs so my son could watch his YouTube and the location is perfect. Close to anything and everything.
Very affordable room in Jefferson. Pamela was an excellent host. Rooms are clean and the bathroom was clean. Great view from the front deck. I would definitely stay here again. It is not a Hampton but remember the Holiday Inn Express is $265 a night in West Jefferson, so getting this room for under $100 was a bargain.
Cute small rooms (1 bed) just just right for a couple. Very clean! I was concerned about only having a window unit for AC but it did great! We will be back!
Extremely reasonable rates! Newly renovated. Absolutely clean. Big screen TV. Refrigerator, Microwave. Wonderful Queen size bed with plush pillows & quilt. Bathroom immaculate, with plenty of fluffy towels. Very pleasant owners.
Very friendly hostess, cleanest room in a motel I've seen in years! Everything worked as it should tv, microwave, fridge, all lights really clean bathroom. Nice people stayed here when I did NO sketchy people for me that was big. Close to town and anything you need. Nice views with birds and squirrels to watch...and a office kitty too . Good price for nice place! Would recommend it whether your one person or family. Thanks Highlander for a comfortable happy experience
Outside was clean, room was very clean no carpet or drapes to trap foul odors. Awesome view of Mt. Jefferson. Management was VERY nice. Affordable price. Will definitely stay again.
